Kaleidoscope of colour

I’m pleased to announce the winners of our latest contest at Polyvore. Our theme for the contest, inspired by the Queen of Colour, Zandra Rhodes, was 'the curiously colourful art of fashion'.

And the winner is ...

Little Wonder (second time running) with her fabulous Kaleidoscope set. We just love this, it’s so curiously cool in a Woodstock sort of way – and very cleverly done too.

And she’s been as prolific as ever: We adore her art deco inspired Lady is a Vamp set too - what a creative tour de force - Little Wonder, you certainly live up to your name!

In second place was Jbee with this crazily random set, which we chose because it’s like an abstract work of art. By the way, it's not obligatory to mention our name in the title - what we’re really looking for is a flair for art, design, style, fashion, trends and, in this case colour. We also take into account an awareness of the ShopCurious ethos and this set really captures our love of individually hand painted things.

Neda, who came third, created this really interesting set that made us think. We love style with brains and this set takes us on a little bit of a geographical tour as well as a journey in time. It's an eclectic collage which seems to tell a story about adding colour to an otherwise black and white world.

Finally, we couldn’t go without mentioning Queenie’s awesome artwork.... Alice meets curious clothing and accessories in digital wonderland . Thanks dear, we love your penchant for unusual and colourful things.

I’m curious to know what these people do in their spare time.

Are you?
